Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 25 % of the total account is required with your booking confirmation to confirm your event. A further 25% of the total account is required 3 months prior to your wedding.
Final Payment: For weddings payment is required 14 days before the event and for all other bookings 24 hours prior to the event. We ask that final numbers are confirmed 48 hrs prior to your booking and we charge at your confirmed numbers.
Cancellations: Provided 3 months notice is given, all deposits are refunded in full. Between 3 months and 2 weeks notice 50% of the deposit is refunded. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event forfeit the deposit.
Public Holidays: A menu surcharge of 10% will apply.
Damages: Organisers are financially responsible for any damages or loss sustained to The Cowrie Exclusive Corporate Catering and/or the venue during the course of an event. 
Responsible Service of Alcohol: The Cowrie Exclusive Corporate Catering upholds the principles of Responsible Service of Alcohol and in accordance with Liquor Licensing Laws, reserves the right to refuse service to persons suspected of being under the age of eighteen years and to any person who shows signs of intoxication.
