"Hello Judy, What can I say, but a HUGE thank you for such a fantastic job you all did on Saturday.  I have had a lot of feed back from many of my friends on how well it all went, and I have been asked what restaurant you have in or around Gosford.  If there is one, could you please let me know. We all know it was not an easy day due to the hot weather, but I can assure you that the food was especially wonderful, more so than when we had the tasting for three earlier on.  I do not know how your team managed to get such wonderful food out of that small kitchen on such a hot day, and it was all delicious and hot.  I have had so many compliments on the food and wine.  The wine really matched the food and I know that this was Emma's doing, but for me it was important to get the wines out to have with each course. The bar staff were terrific in getting out the wines for each course, as I had especially asked for this - they did an excellent job, and I am only sorry two of them got heatstroke due to the sun in the Arboretum (I did ask them to move the table out of the sun, but they assured me they were fine and used to it). I also want to especially thank you for helping me arrange for the industrial fans.  I really do not know what we would have done without them, and you were so on the ball in getting straight on to your contact, - I really do thank you so much. Finally, in spite of the weather and unusual conditions, it was a simply wonderful day and we followed it up with an equally wonderful brunch on the Sunday at the house next door to the hall -all in all a fantastic weekend. Thank you so very much my kind regards and sincere compliments to you an all your team."

They were absolutely fantastic!   I would also like to commend your chef and team for the sensational food provided. As you know, I was very nervous about the meals - we are a tough crowd to please - but thrilled to walk around and notice plates literally wiped clean! We received so much positive feedback from our wedding; in particular, the fantastic food, with guests expressing “it was the best wedding they had ever been too” - thank you for your input on making that possible. We also appreciate them getting into our ‘tropical theme’ too.

"Judy,  An email to say a huge thankyou to you, the head chef, supervisor on the night and your catering/wait staff.  The food was absolutely devine! Out invitees have been commenting about the food non stop saying how tasty and satisfying all the dishes were. I personally had the beef and it was even better than the tasting. Servings were great and timings of the dishes were perfect.  I heard lots of comments about the canapes - especially the caesar cones and how good they tasted.  All the staff were friendly, professional and easy to approach. The two waiters were excellent, lots of guests commented on how good they were. I think a few of the girls took a fancy to the male waiter!!!!! Funny.  The supervisor on the night was an absolute 'gem', efficient, happy and very professional. We really can't fault 'The Cowrie' at all.  And finally a huge thankyou to you Judy. The comments and credit we have given you and your staff, from both of us and our guests, are a credit to the way you manage 'The Cowrie'.  I would have no hesitation in recommending and/or utilizing your catering services in the future.
